This has got to be one of the most advanced recovery supplements out there. I’d tried standard l-Glutamine supplements in the past but was looking for something with added kick. Well since taking Powerzone Nutrition Aftershock Formulation, I’ve noticed that the gains have started returning after the plateau that I’d recently experienced. I’ve changed nothing but my supplementation so this has got to be the reason. If you too have plateaued, I recommend giving this product from MrSupplement a try. Powerzone Nutrition Aftershock Formulation Directions
Mix 2 heaped teaspoons (approx 10g) on 250mL of water immediately after intense exercise. Can also be mixed in drink bottle and consumed during workouts.
