Eat one bar per day. Use 1-2 hours before or after exercise with 200 - 400ml of water or other liquid. Use in conjunction with appropriate physical training or exercise program. This food is not a sole source of nutrition and should be eaten in conjunction with a nutritious diet.

Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
