A. Most users see noticable results within taking one corse of Humanovar. This is a break through supplement product which is extremely effective.

Q. After you finish taking GEN humanoVaR and you build muscle can you keep the muscle buy continuing weight training? (Posted: 18th Nov, 2004)
A. There shall be some size, & definition lost (only a small %). However mostly it shall be maintained as the muscle put on shall be quality lean muscle i.e not fatty bulk or water retention.

A. There is no cycling recommendations that we are aware of from the manufacturer (GEN) for HumanoVar.

In saying this HumanoVar is a potent supplement. We there for recommend supplementing on an eight week on 2 week off cycle.

A. No negative side affects are expected from this supplement when taken as directed by the manufacturer.

A. Whilst we do not recommend this supplement be taken by women. Some hard core female trainers we know have used it. All have increased strength, lean muscle and muscle definition.
