| Q. Can you tell me the difference between CellMass and NO-Xplode? Both have creatine and help with pumps, but which one is better? |

A. I call it the "bookend" approach to supplementation: Bookend you workouts front (pre-workout) and back (post-workout) with appropriate supplements in order to realise the greatest gains in muscle size and strength.
