| Q. You say Xtreme Pump is the ultimate supplement. Does this mean I can throw away all my other supplements? |

| Q. I have decided to try the maintainance dose of Xtreme Pump which is 1 teaspoon, 3 times a day. My question is why does Xtreme Pump give me a pump even though I am not working out? Other Nitric Oxide formulas I have tried do not do this? |

| A. First of all, Xtreme PUMP is NOT A NITRIC OXIDE FORMULA! It will help increase NO but that is not its main function. Its main function is to increase bio-energy pathways and activate anabolic pathways. When used in conjuction with your other ASN - Advanced Sports Nutrition NANO Technology products, Xtreme PUMP will amplify these supplements and increase the storage of nutrients within muscle. It does this by increasing insulin and other anabolic pathways which in turn help transport more nutrients than normal into muscle. This has the effect of giving you 'the pump'. Normally to achieve this effect with other Nitric Oxide formula's you would have to exercise to increase these pathways, but Xtreme Pump can achieve this without exercise. However, if you then combine Xtreme Pump, plus your supplements, with exercise, your muscles will become super-charged with a 'skin splitting' pump! | Q. I've used your Xtreme Pump and I have used other Nitric Oxide products. But I find yours is the best. I find the others stop working the same after about a week. How come Xtreme Pump keeps on working? |

| A. Most other NO formula's combine caffeine and creatine into the product to give it a boost. They are added not because of the research behind them, but more for the kick it gives you during exercise so you feel like it is working. There is some science behind nutrient timing and combining everything at once is not going to give you the maximum benefit. Normally, formula's that have lots of ingredients, are made to sound good, so you are sucked into buying them, but do not have adequate levels of muscle building anabolic ingredients to be effective. So what companies have done is to boost the product with active levels of ingredients that will make you feel like it is working, like caffeine. It's a bit like the smoke company's adding nicotine to their products so you become addicted. But after a while, because you are taking high levels of these ingredients frequently, they become less effective because your body has become use to them. Then they don't work the same!
