Cookies and Cream taste 10/10. I loved this stuff! Went though it to quick though, I am never going back to a WPI for post workout, as soon as you drink this hydro whey you can feel your body absorbing it and putting it into your system, just walking out of the gym I can feel it working, feeling more refreshed and not so drained, compared to my 100% whey were I wont feel anything until I get home.

Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydro Whey Directions
Platinum Hydrowhey® is INSTANTIZED, so it always mixes up easily and completely. Simply add 1 scoop of Platinum Hydrowhey® to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 340 grams of cold water, milk, or juice and blend, shake, or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. TIP: Adjust the intensity of your Platinum Hydrowhey® shake by varying the amount of liquid you use to prepare it. For a slightly thicker consistency with a bolder flavor, mix each scoop with 283 grams of water. For a milder tasting less sweet shake, use 396-453 grams of liquid per scoop.
