As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops of Fighter's Food with 295-414mL of ice cold water or your favorite beverage. Consume 1 to 2 servings daily. For best results drink 1 serving for breakfast to restore a healthy pH balance and 1 serving immediately after your training or fighting for enhanced recovery.
