I have been purchasing Natural Health Supplements micellar casein powder for a while now and I think it is excellent for a natural (unflavoured) casein. Works even better when blended with whey (50/50) and keeps you feeling full much longer than a regular shake. Being an all natural protein powder it has maximum bio-availability to absorbed by the body and releases nutrients and amino acids into the bloodstream over a total period of 8-16 hours.
