The MUSASHI P20 Protein Bar is a great energy boost for a late afternoon snack. I find it great to eat in my last hour at work before hitting the gym on the way home. The protein is very filling and helps keep my energy levels up to complete a workout. I honestly do not expect much in regards to the taste of Protein Bars but I have found the MUSACHI P20 Protein Bar to be quite palatable. The double choc flavour does taste and appears to have real chocolate lining the base of the bar. From experience I would never eat this bar without water nearby as it can be quite dense to swallow.

I ordered the P20 Protein Bar from Mr Supplement as a "good" snack between meals. These are so good I just bought 3 more boxes! While I have water at hand I can scoff a whole bar without grabbing a drink. These bars are seriously good for a light snack and energy boost, they don't weigh you down. These aren't the only snack I keep at hand but the tastiest, easiest to eat protein snack I have around. (Double Choc, haven't tried the other).
