Musashi Nourish with Amino Suspension Technology is a powdered free form amino blend containing the 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). Branched Chain Amino Acids are commonly used to assist muscle recovery after exercise or weight training. One of these important amino acids L-Leucine which has been shown to decrease protein degradation & increase the production of protein in muscle known as synthesis. L-Isoleucine & L-Valine help decrease the feeling of tiredness during prolonged exercise.

Musashi Nourish Directions
Take 2 level metric teaspoons (5.8g) mixed in 100mL of water immediately following strenuous exercise or as directed. Shake well.
