After hours of research, I decided to try a month of HMB. But choosing the Brand to trust was near impossible, with 100s on the Market, and not being the cheapest supplement on the Market. No doubt if you are lifting heavy the last thing you want to happen is all your hard work to go down the drain. Resistance training causes muscled to "breakdown" which to me defeats the purpose of training in the first place. By taking Musashis HMB you can help prevent the "breakdown" occurring and start looking forward to some good gains with some hard work and training.

If you are training hard like I am, no doubt you want to preserve any muscle gains, or else you are wasting your time. As you’d know, training results in muscle breakdown, and unless you are supplementing appropriately, you’d be missing out on crucial nutrients at this important time, and achieving muscle breakdown, rather than muscle growth.
