Musashi's Bulk Protein Bar is available in two flavours, Chocolate and Berry. The bar is 80 grams in net weight. The bar provides 1048kj, 27 grams of protein, 5.8 grams fat, and 6 gram of carbohydrate. This bar is far above any I've been able to source in terms of a ratio between protein and carbohydrates. The bars are tasty and an easy to eat, however expensive. I would recommend this product to any one thinking of purchasing a high quality protein bar as part of a training program.
