The most abundant "free" amino acid in the body. In muscle, the concentration of free glutamine appears to influence whether muscle will be broken down (catabolism-low glutamine content) or built up (anabolism-high glutamine content). MRM L-Glutamine 500 Directions
Take 1-2 scoops (included) 2-3 times daily or as directed by your qualified healthcare provider. Each scoop provides approximately 1 gram of L-Glutamine. For times of intense training, it may be recommended to use 3-5 scoops 3-4 times per day to support muscle growth, immune health and intestinal health.

Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
