Firstly, keep up the good work Mr Supplement! Love the prices and delivery. I tried Glutamine-SR by MHP for approximately 2 months and I have cycled off it now for around two weeks. I've tried many other forms of post workout recovery agents such as recovery stacks and especially other glutamine supplements but always felt I was still about as sore as if I didn't have them. I stumbled across this product one day and thought I would give it a go after reading the science behind it, absorption levels, etc. What can I say, but awesome! This stuff allowed me to work-out for 3 to 4 days hard before I needed a day off, it was ridiculous! I always do at least 3 sets of tri-sets consisting of super slows, eccentrics then ply-metrics so I’m usually quite sore the next day. I've been off Glutamine-SR now for 2 weeks now and it's just not the same, I’m sore all over again and not gaining strength or speed like I was. I recommend taking 1 scoop in your protein immediately after a workout and 1 scoop in your protein immediately before sleep to aid recovery rather than following the instructions to make it last longer and still work effectively. I would recommend trying this product! Extremely worth it!
