Add 4 scoops (600calories) (167g) to 480ml of cold water and mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker. For increased calories, use 480ml of skim milk (772 total calories) or 2% milk (844 total calories) instead of water. Increase or decrease the amount of liquid to achieve desired consistency.
