After getting to the end of my workout and sometimes struggling for energy, I have supplemented MetRx Creatine to give me that added boost I need and also aiding in my recovery post workout. I had never used creatine before and was unsure of what to expect, but was quite surprised when I found myself feeling a lot fresher and had more energy when working out. I began using the creatine with a 5 day saturation phase, having 4x5g serves a day, mixing it with water and Gatorade powder. Then after the 5 days I am now using 5g a day to maintain my levels. I would recommend using this product if you want that extra power when training and also some help recovering.

MET-Rx Creatine Hardcore Directions
For adults, take one (1) teaspoon daily. Mix with juice or other glucose-containing liquid. Creatine should be consumed within 10 minutes after mixing. Take this product with an adequate fluid intake.
