Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Inulin, Cocoa, Dietary Fibre (Fibresol 2), Amino Acids (L-Glutamine, Taurine), Brindle Berry, Minerals (Dairy Calcium, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Zinc Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Selenite), Thickeners (412, 415, 407), L-Carnitine, Green Tea, Vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, Folate, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin), Spirulina, Natural Sweeteners (960, 957), Lecithin (322), Maize Starch.
Ladybird Whey Meal Directions
Mix 50g (2 scoops) with 250- 350ml of water, milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy) or juice as desired. Use more or less liquid for a thicker or thinner consistency.
