I got a bit run down since cutting calories an increasing my level of exercise so was looking for a way to get back on track. I have been using Ladybird Figure Tone for two years now and it is one product that I would highly recommend. I have researched and tried many different types of blended and non-blended proteins and Ladybird would have to be one of the very best in regard to taste, texture and contents. It mixes easily, has a nice creamy consistency, the flavors are true to name and it will suit anyone requiring a low fat, low carb, high protein supplement. The inclusion of L-Carnitine, Brindleberry and Chromium Picolinate will please those looking for that added bit of help to lose weight. In addition, men can also use this product. My partner has been using it as a lunch-time meal replacement and has lost 20kg and maintained his new weight for nearly a year now! Finally, MrSupplement has ensured that you will definitely be getting good value for your money....I know as I always try to find the best deals on-line before buying my supplements and I keep coming back here to make my purchases . Ladybird Figure Tone is a great product and I am very happy with it. My favourite flavour is Vanilla and now that I can buy it in the 3kg size it is very economical. I usually add it to smoothies using water and fruit (like banana and blueberries)– no sweetener needed. I find that the smoothie is sufficient for a meal on the run or an in-between meals snack. I also mix it to a paste with water and plain yoghurt and add cooked oats for an extra protein boost. Great also because both Ladybird & MrSupplement are Australian companies.

Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Inulin, Flavours, Brindlebery, Fructose, L - Carnitine, Minerals(Dairy Calcium, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Zinc Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Selenite), Amino Acids (L-Gluamine, Taurine, Thickeners (415, 407), Vitamins (A,B1,B2,B6,B12, C, D, E, K, Folate, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin), Spirulina, Natural Sweeteners (960, 957), Lecithin (322), Maize Starch.
Ladybird Figure Tone Directions
Add 200-250ml of water or skim milk into a Ladybird shaker. Add 30g (1 scoop) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
Storage
Replace lid and close tightly immediately after use. Store below 30°C away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
