Labarda super charge extreme NO. It doesn’t make me jittery like a lot of the high caffeine ones and give probably the best pump of any pre work out , I’ve noticed with jacked that after I while i have to up the dose as i get used to the caffeine hit but this one always stays the same. I...t tastes awesome, and it actually tells you what’s in it unlike a lot of the pre-work outs that say "propriety blend".

Maltodextrin, Natural & Artificial Flavours, Silica, Citric Acid, Calcium Phosphate, Sugar, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Red#40, Blue#1, Sucralose, Salt, Lecithin (soy).
Labrada SuperCharge Xtreme NO Directions
Mix daily for best results. Mix 2 scoops (Super Intense Workout) or 1 scoop (Intense Workout) with 384ml of water and drink 30 minutes prior to exercise. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume in the evening. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
Storage
