International Protein Trainers Choice Directions
Mix 2 heaped tablespoons (30g) with 200-300ml of cold water or low fat milk, full cream milk or soy milk in a shaker or blender. Take 1-2 times daily to obtain your required protein intake. Best times for use are first thing in the morning, mid morning or mid afternoon or after exercise.

Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
