Horleys Ice Whey Directions
Add 36.1g (approx 3 scoops) to 200-250ml of water, non-fat milk or fruit juice and mix in a blender or shaker. You can also add ICE Whey to other foods like cereal, fruit and yoghurt to increase protein content. If you weigh more than 90kg, you can increase your serving size to 48g (approx 4scoops)

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight. Always keep tightly sealed.
