Horleys Huge Directions
If you have only one serving per day, make sure it’s immediately after training. This product is designed for up to three servings per day: have a serve (or half serve – one to two scoops) between meals, ideally mid morning and again mid afternoon, and one serving after your evening meal (about 60 minutes before bed).

Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight under 30°C.
