Training: #1. Mix 453 grams of GU Electrolyte Brew® into a 473ml water bottle and shake well. #2. Mix 680 grams of GU Electrolyte Brew® into a 710ml water bottle and shake well.
Sprint: #1. Mix 1417 grams of GU Electrolyte Brew® into a 1.5L water bottle then shake well. #2. Mix 1984 grams of GU Electrolyte Brew® into a 2.0L water bottle then shake well.
Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
