Gen-Tec Pro Mass Weight Gainer
Gen-Tec Nutrition Pro Mass Weight Gainer is a combination of micro filtered WPI (fast digesting) and instantised WPC (medium/slow digesting) sourced exclusively from New Zealand. The high essential/branch chain amino acid content of pro-mass make it an ideal product to use post exercise to support muscle growth and repair.
The maltodextrin (derived from corn) in Pro Mass contains short and medium chain carbohydrates for instant energy and glycogen replenishment in muscle tissue. Fructose (derived from fruit) contains a large chain carbohydrate for more sustained energy and glycogen replenishment in the liver. Carbohydrates are essential for individuals with a fast metabolism wanting to gain weight as they provide a major fuel source for intense exercise and are protein sparing to create an anabolic environment conducive to building muscle mass.

This is heaps good! Love gen-tec. Used to have it by its self, but I don't put much weight on, so i added Gentec Pure Carbs to it and have now been gaining about a kilo every week and a half or less :) not of fat.

Over the years I have tried every major brand of weight gainer on the market, some good some... not so good and not just in regard to taste, but more importantly, quality and effectiveness. Recently through lack of funds I opted for one of the cheaper brands, "Gen-Tec" founded by Nick Jones who is in my opinion the best natural bodybuilder in the country, although a big fan of his I had my doubts regarding Gen-Tec, but gave it ago and was shocked by the results. In three weeks of using Pro Mass I had gained in strength, muscle endurance and most importantly, size. No BS, I gained as much as half an inch of muscle on bi's, back and delts in only three weeks. Two flavors, chock or vanilla, containing two types of protein, two types of carbs, MCT oil, Creatine Monohydrate and Colostrum all in one 3kg tub for only $84.95, That's an incredible bargain!. Pro mass mixes surprisingly well, simply add your desired amount of scoops to water or milk, give a good shake and unlike some products which can be clumpy or dry I found Pro Mass to be smooth and creamy. Overall great product, I give it an 8 out of 10 for quality, results and price.

Shaker - For convenience add five rounded scoops (100g) of PRO MASS to 400mls of water and shake 20 times for a smooth, creamy shake.
Blender - Add five rounded scoops(100g) to 400mls of water or milk. You may add any fruits (fresh or frozen), yoghurt, almonds or peanut butter to increase nutritional calorie content.
Daily Use - Use PRO MASS immediately after all intense exercise to support recovery and between meals for weight gain. Use with Gen-Tec Creatine 320 for superior results.
