Gen-Tec CLA
Gen-Tec Nutrition Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is present in kangaroo, beef, cheese and eggs (types of food often excluded when restricting dietary intake). Mushroom is the main and rare vegetable source of CLA. Gen-Tec Nutrition CLA is derived from safflower oil, a premium dietary source to produce one of the highest quality linoleic acids available. Have been seeing results slowly, easy to take and no side effects felt from it. If you want faster results then best to take 4-5 tablets per day rather than the recommended 3 tablet dose. Also the 180 capsule container is great value for money.

“I have been using the product now for at least 2 weeks and I have noticed a definite reduction to my waist, stomach, hips and upper thighs. The skin is a lot more taught and I have found the fat in these areas are reducing and muscle definition is starting to come through.
