The excess weight I put on around the belly over the footy season is probably due to the after match beers so I thought I better remedy the situation leading up to summer. ALCA Fuel by Gen Tec has nothing to do with alcohol, just Acetyl L-Carnitine powder. After taking it for a month, the keg around my middle has already decreased in size, so I’m pretty happy. Thanks MrSupplement for helping me get back on track.

Acetyl L-Carnitine Powder
Gen Tec ALCA Fuel Directions
Mix 1/2 teaspoon (2g) in pineapple juice or water 20-30 mins before aerobic exercise. May be used in conjunction with Gen-Tec Nutritions "Ultimate Thermogenic Fuel".
Storage
Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
