Adults: Take 3.5 g (1 heaped metric teaspoon) daily. Mix into water, protein shake or Endura Rehydration drink each day or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results take immediately after exercise.
Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
