Elaine Alden - Ball Crunches
Training with Elaine Alden - Exercise No. 2 - Ball Crunches - Going straight from the pushup into the ball crunch and working the abs and the core. Lying flat across the ball and stretching the abs, squeeze the abs to bring you just into the contracted position. It's quite a short movement. Remember to cross your arms over the chest and not behind the neck. For this exercise, we're looking at doing 15 reps.
