You are kidding yourself if you don’t supplement with a product like this. Dymatize Superior Amino 4800 is one hell of a product. Since taking it – I realise that I have been short changing myself in the past. This product not only fuels my muscle growth, but also halts the number #1 enemy of muscle growth – catabolism. Taking this supplement daily ensures that I'm getting a whopping 4800mg of essential and non-essential Amino Acids daily.
