Comparatively one of the cheaper creatine supplements out there, but its a great supplement none the less. Definitely worth it.

Good product. Massively economical per serving. I take 1 heaped teaspoon 40mins-1hr before a workout, 4 days a week and have done so for almost 3 months. I still have over half the container left. Doesn't mix well at all and tastes like pure Vitamin C powder (gritty and bitter) but is fine when mixed with other powders.

Dymatize Creatine (Micronized) is one of the most cost effective supplements I have ever purchased to date. It remains one of the key elements to my training and I would strongly recommend it to anyone interested in making significant gains in their training. Firstly, the powder is extremely effervescent as it dissolves very well into high-glycemic, non-acidic juice and is completely flavourless. When dissolved in water, the powder dissolves well enough to be swallowed with ease. I have never had a creatine that has had such noticeable effects once I was early into consuming 1/2 teaspoon daily. Increases to my gains, weight and muscularity were all extremely noticeable after just one month on this creatine. I also observed my strength increased exponentially after starting a course of Dymatize Creatine. I found my bulk gains were incredible on this product and once I kept very very hydrated, I found my gains were even more noticeable. It is also one of the most cost effective products on the market. One tub of Dymatize Creatine will last a ridiculously long time (maybe years) as only half a teaspoon is required daily. The price is extremely reasonable when taking the longevity of the product into hand. Lately I have found the most effective means of taking this product is before bed with a bottle of water to ensure I am adequately hydrated. The only noticeable problem I had with this product was extreme dehydration before I started to ensure I was adequately hydrated.

Great Creatine, mixes well and doesn't taste like anything. It's one of the best value Micronized Creatine Monohydrate on the market. You can get 1100g for around $50 and it has 220 servings of 5g. The effectiveness of it is as good as any Creatine Monohydrate is when taken correctly.
