Dymatize Creatine Monohydrate

Have only been using this product for a bit over a week now. I think I am noticing slight changes within my body since taking it. Pump when i'm working out is considerably more noticeable now and I'm definitely noticing differences since being on this!

Can't really go wrong with creatine from any brand so the quality is pretty much as expected, the price although is what draws me to this, pretty great value from a reputable brand.

This was okay, after a loading period i noticed a slight increase in strength but no significant gains in muscle, maybe I'm just not reacting well with this one ?

I've been taking this for just over 3 weeks as directed and so far i feel as if it has boosted my strength incredibly.

Really good value for such a solid product, I'd recommend to anyone looking to gainer some strength and size for a good price!

Found this creatine to be really good on the pocket considering how long it lasts and the effectiveness is pretty good, cant complain here.

Comparatively one of the cheaper creatine supplements out there, but its a great supplement none the less. Definitely worth it.

Good product. Massively economical per serving. I take 1 heaped teaspoon 40mins-1hr before a workout, 4 days a week and have done so for almost 3 months. I still have over half the container left. Doesn't mix well at all and tastes like pure Vitamin C powder (gritty and bitter) but is fine when mixed with other powders.

It remains one of the key elements to my training and I would strongly recommend it to anyone interested in making significant gains in their training. Firstly, the powder is extremely effervescent as it dissolves very well into high-glycemic, non-acidic juice and is completely flavourless. When dissolved in water, the powder dissolves well enough to be swallowed with ease. I have never had a creatine that has had such noticeable effects once I was early into consuming 1/2 teaspoon daily. Increases to my gains, weight and muscularity were all extremely noticeable after just one month on this creatine. I also observed my strength increased exponentially after starting a course of Dymatize Creatine.
