Just ordered a 2.3kg tub of CytoSport Cyto Gainer and it works great, only really good for post workout exercises though. I suggest if you follow the instructions and take this stuff 3 times a day, you should be doing high intensity workouts; otherwise you will end up with unwanted fat stored on your gut. Other than that the flavor I ordered in cookies and cream, tastes great. I’m really happy with my purchase.

I had to do a double take when I saw this product on the MrSupplement site at first… 54g protein a serve? Now that’s generous! I’m not sure how familiar you are with protein supplements, but this is almost twice that of many of them. If you too are a hard gainer and find it hard to get the calories necessary to grow, you MUST give CytoSport Cyto Gainer from MrSupplement a try.

I like Cytogainer allot! I use it in place of Monster Milk when I want to bulk up. If your really looking for a weight gainer Cytogainer is good if you just want to step up your mass a notch without running the risk of taking in too many bad calories as it is high in “quality” carbs & protein. Great tasting too!

Hey Mr Supplement and fellow trainers. Having just finished my tub of Cyto-Gainer that I purchased from Mr.Supplement, I am pleased to say that I was quite impressed. While taking Cyto-Gainer post-workout and before bed I made a good deal of progress. Not only gaining weight but also busting through a strength plateau that I was stuck at for some time. Its protein, carb and fat ratio is great and it also contains extra goodies like glutamine and creatine for advanced recovery. It's lactose free and is easy on the stomach plus it mixes well and tastes great ( I had choc caramel). Overall I was happy with this product and will buy it again. Highly recommended if you want a good clean source of extra calories. 4 stars out of 5.
