This has got to be my fav creatine supp. I've tried CellTech, which everyone raves about, but just found it packs on too much fat around mid-section. The Cell Mass seems to be just as effective in terms of strength and muscle gains but it doesn't pack on the belly as much as CellTech. I've tried berry and watermelon and both are pretty good.
This is the first time I've tried a specialty creatine product vs just plain creatine. Definitely noticed a difference in strength and recovery. Give this stuff a go if your keen to try something other than plain creatine.
Have been using Cell Mass for the last month and have increased my bench by 10 kilos. This is the heaviest I've ever lifted and my routine has remained the same except for taking Cell Mass. Genuine strength increases on this stuff.
Use Cellmass religiously. Would have to be one of the only true post-workout supplements on the market that contains, creatine, amines and protein. Nothing else needed post workout. I combine it with either No-Xplode 2.0 or Cellucor -C4 pre workout.
Cell Mass 2.0 is the only creatine supplement I use. For sure it increases my strength in the gym and does so without any water bloating, unlike some other creatine supplements. I take it every day whether working out or not. On workout days I take it immediately after training and on non-workout days use it when I wake in the morning. Thumbs up.

Cellmass is one of the most beneficial post workout supplements I have tried in the last four years of training. In terms of value for money, I would recommend NO Synthesize as a slightly cheaper alternative but both products are similar in their noticeable effects. The flavour of Cellmass I tried was Arctic Berry and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Mixed with about 400mL of water, it was extremely easy to consume post workout. In terms of recovery, I noticed a significant difference to my recovery times and how rapidly I was able to feel at my optimum best. I noticed my ability to be focused on my training was unparalleled and my mental acuity was vastly improved. My lean muscle growth has vastly improved when taking Expand however I did notice a slight dependency on it. Once I stopped taking Cellmass, my recover times were not as efficient and there was a significantly longer period of time between training and feeling 100%. My weight gains and lean muscle gains also were not as rapid as they were when I was training using both NO Explode and Cellmass. It was definitely best coupled with NO Explode. I found that NO Explode helped improve my lifts and strength by a significant amount and Cellmass was the most beneficial supplement in terms of my training as I felt as though I would not be able to maintain such increases in strength and lifts without it. Both products helped to maintain a strict training regime. In my personal experience, I found it to be most efficient when taking towards the end of a gym session and immediately post gym session. Overall, I would definitely recommend BSN Cellmass as a recovery agent as it successfully improved my training and fulfilled all statements made on the packaging.
What can I say about BSNs Cell Mass creatine other than buy it! Buy it now! This stuff is great in both on and off season training! The grape flavour is off its head! And the results are even better! I found my traps, lats and upper pecs swelling to there biggest ever! I used it in conjunction with a slow release protein like Maxs GTE and together they have had probably the best results I’ve ever had from any supplement in my 2 years of training. I am using cell mass right now in cutting season, and although this is a mass building creatine, it hasn’t stopped my ripping at all! I give it a 9/10.
I Recently bought BSN Cell Mass and have NOT looked back - the pumps (although it may be water retention) is incredible, the amount of strength increase is just pure excellence that can only be expected from team BSN. I really cannot wait to take another cycle. The taste is slightly sour (arctic berry) but it's actually enjoyable (in comparison to some other creatines which apparently have no taste or taste horrid). I'm definitely going to suggest this to everyone who wants a good creatine product that also assists in other areas and tastes great and I'll surely tell them to get it from Mr Supplement.
I Tried BSN CELLMASS for the first time a week ago, a housemate gave me the remaining 100 grams in his bottle. This stuff is amazing I have never felt such muscle fullness and strength from any other creatine supplementation. The Fruit Punch also tastes great, not just good. I've experienced shin splints and muscular cramps in my calves from other leading brands creatine products so no doubt i was nervous pumping my body with creatine again, but with this particular product i felt no discomfort or cramps from usage. Only thing i can say is, with any creatine supplementation, make sure you are drinking plenty of water or you can dehydrate yourself. Waiting on next pay to buy some more. 10 out of 10!
If you too want added size, I’d recommend giving BSN Cell Mass a go. Since taking it, my weight has increased, and I look noticeably bigger in the areas where it means the most, like my chest and arms. Nowadays I always ensure that I take Cell Mass after training, as without it, I realise that I’m failing to feed my muscles that are screaming out for nutrients at this crucial stage.
BSN Cellmass is out of control. It is the only post workout creatine I have used that actually made me put on more size with zero bloating. After half a tub I noticed every muscle seemed to pop. Dear Mr Supplement. I've just finished my first Tub of BSN CellMass & am defiantly planning continued use of this supplement. The Fruit punch tastes good, and I mean good not just tolerable like some supplements, it also sits well on an empty stomach (as is recommended use). In my view BSN CellMass has definitely been a smart purchase and has helped recovery time after gym, as well as overall muscle growth. Nice work BSN! Also I've found that since being on CellMass and following the directions I've been a lot more observant of how much water I drink a day and while can't say the product causes this directly, any good supplement that you enjoy taking tends to get you gym keen, and there is no such thing as too keen for gym. Good product I'd recommend it for everyone to try. Overall I give CellMass 2 thumbs up!

Can you tell me the difference between CellMass and NO-Xplode? Both have creatine and help with pumps, but which one is better?
I call it the "bookend" approach to supplementation: Bookend you workouts front (pre-workout) and back (post-workout) with appropriate supplements in order to realise the greatest gains in muscle size and strength.
