This product is fantastic, gives you a good hit of protein, also keeps those hunger cravings away, but then you develop another craving, a craving for another bar.

The cookies and cream BSC bar is easy to eat, but the taste is a little plain. Certainly much better than a lot of other bars on the market, and it also keeps away hunger for several hours.

I’m trying to lose fat but also want to build muscle. That’s why I’ve chosen the Body Science Protein Bar from MrSupplement. Each bar gives me a whopping 34g or protein, and is low in fat and carbs. Do yourself a favour – get the cookies and cream flavour, you’ll swear that something tasting so good can’t really be this healthy!

I like to keep things simple and as I use the P40 protein, thought I’d grab some of the P40 Protein bar with my last order, for the sake of convenience when I’m on the run. Good move! It’s a small bar – only 90g in weight but is packed with 40g of protein, and is low in carbs and fat. I keep my stash in the car for when I’m on the move and want to keep my diet in check. Thanks MrSupplement for fitting in with my hectic lifestyle!
