I have been using Black Widow Micronised Creatine for around 1 month now have noticed that I have been able to work out for much longer and harder at the gym. I am now lifting much heavier weights. My muscle has increased to the point where people are now asking me what I am on. Black Widow Micronised Creatine mixs well with protein shakes, and I haven't even noticed the addition, and have had no stomach cramps and other assicated side effects as noted with other forms of Creatine. I would highly recomend this product to any one looking for a high quailty Creatine Powder.

Great product! I have been using Creatine for a couple of years now and Black Widow Micronised Creatine is my favourite by far. It feels like you could go forever in the gym and I haven’t experienced the bloating that I have in the past with other brands. It’s hard finding the energy to work your hardest when you have full time work and family commitment, but Creatine makes it a whole lot easier. A Creatine and Protein stack is really effective with Black Widow products and you get the best of both worlds! Another great thing about this product is that it’s very affordable and won’t break the bank, especially if you buy supplements online at Mr Supplement, as it’s a lot cheaper and easier than buying it in store.
