Black Widow Mega Bulk tastes great. The 6kg bucket is awesome as it can last for ages if you don't use 175g serves like it suggests which I found was too much.

In a shaker or blender, mix 90g (approx. 5 heaped tablespoons) with 500ml of water or milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy). For MASSIVE gains, use Massive Bulk 2-3 times a day.
