As a busy mum of two, I don’t always get to do as much exercise as I want to rid of the excess weight that seems to have crept up on me since the birth of my children. Fortunately I ordered some Black Widow Acetyl L Carnitine from MrSupplement and I am delighted with the results. I just ordered my second batch of of Black Widow ALCAR. For me, this seems to be the best value for money I could find. I also trust the Black Widow brand having also used their BCAAs previously. I should have started using carnitine a long time ago because I find it’s one of the best supplements to take in the morning, it just seems to set the metabolism and mind for the day. The research body around this supplement is extensive, having evidence for improving mitochondrial functioning, dopamine modulation, neuroprotection and a range of metabolic functions. Black Widow ACL is great. You can take it both with a liquid ie water or juice but I can also take it on the tongue. Can be a bit sour but nothing to bad. ACL by Black Widow gave me amazing energy whilst running and it melted the kilos off me. I stuck to a very strict diet, cardio and resistance program and lost 35kilos in 6 months.

As someone who has struggled with fat loss and training in general, I’m so relieved to have discovered Acetyl L-Carnitine. I’m not a body builder like many other supplement users, but I have finally seen some improvement in simple, every day workouts. I’d usually give up at the gym after half an hour of not much activity, but this Acetyl L-Carnitine supplement has actually turned things around drastically. I’ve lost so much fat and replaced it with much stronger muscles since beginning about six months ago. I know there’s a lot of people out there like me and I have to say that this is the supplement to use if you want to lose fat but also gain strength. Black Widow ALC has been great and I have it credit it allot for my new body!
