Best Supplements of 2016 - Review
After a massive 2015, the supplements industry has even bigger plans for 2016. One of the biggest trends coming through is the introduction of large series based on one popular supplement such as Cellucor’s new C4 range featuring new supplements such as C4 Ripped, Mass, etc. along with the Muscletech’s new Nitro Tech range with similar named supplements such as Nitro Tech Mass and Nitro Tech Night Time to name a few. In addition, 2016 will signal big changes in the pre workout and fat burner category with the arrival of more hybrid supplements that serve multiple purposes. New brands such as Kai Greene’s Dynamik Muscle will try to create some impact, but there won’t be any budging between the big players such as Optimum, BSN, Gaspari and the like.
It’s definitely getting harder to pick out the best supplements in each category, with so many excellent options to choose from. But after much discussion, debate and scrutiny, we’ve compiled a list of the best supplements of 2016.
This category was probably the hardest to pick with so many fantastic new and old supplements. In the end, Nutrex Outlift took out top spot thanks to it being one of the most well dosed blends on the market. Each of the top 5 supplements though from the list could have easily shifted places with each other and are all great selections if you want a good pre workout to fuel your training sessions.
Maintaining its top spot in the stim free pre workout category is Elemental Nutrition’s aptly named Pre Workout. The formula still provides plenty of well dosed ingredients to help support pump, mental focus and endurance to help give trainers a decent workout without the highs and lows of stimulant use. This is also the perfect pre workout for those training just before bed.
A new entry to the list, iForce’s Hemavo2 Max was only released relatively recently but is already making waves for being a solid pump or nitric oxide supplement. Containing all the popular pump ingredients in excellent doses, iForce Hemavo2 Max is a step up from its predecessor Hemavol and is the best pump supplement of 2016.

If there was one other supplement besides protein that you should get, this has to be it.

It’s a little bit pricey, but if you value quality, you can’t go past this supplement.

Along with HGH, Elemental Nutrition’s Massive Muscle Fuel 2.0 is another of the companies most popular and sought after formulas. Based on tribulus, it has the highest concentrations of the active component protodioscin. It’s not a tasty supplement, but if you can stomach it, you’ll definitely reap the rewards. Even though it is ranked number one on our 2016 list though, any of the top 5 supplements can easily be used to optimise your test levels.
