Vitargo Electrolyte ensures you have the correct blood sugar level and mineral balance during training/competition while assisting the restoration of glycogen, mineral and fluid balance after an activity.

Vitargo Electrolyte passes quickly through the stomach into the small intestine where the uptake of fluid and energy occurs.

Instructions:
Fill a third of a bottle(200mls) with water and add the powder. Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes. Then top up with water (total solution 750 mls).

Ingredients:
Barley starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), tri sodium citrate, calcium gluconate, magnesium gluconate natural flavour, potassium gluconate, sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame-K), colour (Betacarotene). Contains a source of Phenylalanine.
