I’m no professional body builder, but I’m really passionate about training and fitness. Unfortunately, and I think most people would agree, it’s hard maintaining a full time job, a strict training routine and a well balanced diet at the same time. I mostly use creatine, but have always had a protein shake after workouts to help my muscles repair. The thing is that training late at night sometimes means there’s not much time to put together a proper meal. I started investigating how to avoid missing out on the day’s nutrients and a friend recommended Vital Strength WPI Plus. There’s an amazing 90% protein level, but the best part is that there’s over 20 vitamins and minerals, which means I don’t have to stress too much about not getting enough goodness. I’ve used a lot of great proteins and I think that most well known manufacturers have got it right in terms of muscle repairing and building.
