Boost contains sodium and potassium salts combined with carbohydrates and nutritional co factors which are used to aid replenishment of the body's water and electrolyte levels after dehydration caused by exercise.
BOOST is an electrolyte sports drinks with large amounts of added carbohydrates, such as Maltodextrin and Fructose to assist with energy. Boost may support recovery and muscle nutrition when combined with a physical training or exercise programme.
