What is AquaForce?
AquaForce is a great tasting, biologically balanced electrolyte replacement and rehydration drink for active people.
AquaForce has been scientifically formulated to replenish fluids and rapidly deliver essential energy-sustaining electrolytes to the body’s cells faster than any other sports drink or electrolyte replacement solution available.
Through it’s unique speed of absorption, AquaForce has been especially designed to promote optimum performance, improve physical endurance, reduce recovery time, reduce muscle soreness, cramping and fatigue, and prevent and treat the effects of mild dehydration.
Because AquaForce can assist the body to maintain adequate fluid levels, AquaForce also maximises the body’s cellular fluid volume by delivering electrolytes to the cells in proportions required for optimum functioning.
How does AquaForce differ?
Electrolyte drinks were developed to replace water and minerals lost when you're fatigued but most miss the mark. AquaForce answers the need for an electrolyte drink that will do this completely and rapidly in the proper proportions without gastro-intestinal discomfort.
AquaForce’s primary ingredients are Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium and Calcium. These are some of the most important electrolytes required by the body for effective cellular metabolism and energy production. AquaForce contains these electrolytes in an isotonic formulation. An isotonic solution closely matches the chemical concentration of body fluids so that it is rapidly absorbed and utilised by the body.
Some electrolyte replacement drinks may contain higher or lower amounts of these ingredients, or may not even contain all of the electrolytes needed by the body. The concentrated solutions of these other sports and energy drinks, and eating during or immediately after strenuous or prolonged exertion without taking in additional water or isotonic electrolyte solution, can cause water to be pulled from the muscles and circulation into the digestive system, often causing extensive muscle cramping.
Plain water takes a comparatively long time to be absorbed and can, in prolonged strenuous activities, “flush out” a person’s own electrolytes, resulting in hyponatremia. Taking salt tablets or drinking solutions with an excess of salt can result in depletion of the other electrolytes, especially potassium, and has caused many cases of permanent cardiac arrhythmia.
AquaForce differs by delivering essential electrolytes in concentrations considered to be optimal for sustaining and promoting energy production and for preventing and treating mild dehydration.
AquaForce contains no artificial flavours colours or preservatives. The ingredients used to provide AquaForce with it’s mild palatable taste are derived from natural plant sources.
