DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix 30g (1 SCOOP) with 200 – 250ml of water, soymilk (skim, low fat, full fat) or juice as desired. Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. For best mixing, use a shaker or electric blender.
