DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix 90g (3 Heaped SCOOPS) with 400 – 500ml of milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy) or water as desired. Teenagers, women and smaller athletes are recommended to use 90g (2 Heaped SCOOPS) with 300 – 400ml of liquid. Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. For best mixing, use a shaker or electric blender.
