How should I take P6?
P6 should be taken twice a day. Take 4 capsules 30 minutes prior to workout and 2 capsules at night if you workout in the morning or 2 capsules in the morning if you workout during the evening.
How long can I stay on P6?
For optimal results, you can take P6 up to 8 weeks before discontinuing. To ensure maximum effectiveness, discontinue for one month before retaking the product.
