ALRI Chain'd Reaction Directions
Pre-Workout: Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 354-473mL of water. Consume 30 minutes prior to physical activity to support maximum performance.
Intra-Workout(Optional): Consume 1 scoop during training or perfomance to support muscle intensity, muscular energy and mental focus.
Psot-Workout: Mix 1-2 scoops in 354-473mL of water. Shake for 30 seconds. Ingest immediately post training or performance for glycogen replenishment and support of supracompensation. Drink plenty of water during the day.
Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
