Natural Flavours, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Hexametaphosphate (to preserve freshness), Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, FD&C Artificial Colours Yellow #5 and Blue#1. WTF™ Proprietary (Balls to the Walls™) Matrix,

ALR Industries WTF Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) scoop with 350-450mls of water 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). For maximum results, avoid consuming a meal, MRP or protein drink within 45 minutes of an hour of taking WTF.
